Nathan is a registered patent attorney at ARX IP Law. His practice includes strategic counseling, due diligence, and patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret procurement in electrical, software, mechanical, and medical device technologies.

Previously, Nathan held positions at several patent boutique firms of varying size, as a patent clerk reporting directly to the Chief and Deputy Chief of a Fortune 50 major medical device company, and as an Assistant Scientist in the Dept. of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota.
